In 1988, this album was issued in Canada by the International Association of Jazz Record Collectors (Arcadia 5001). The main purpose of the album was to spotlight a new radio recording from 1930 made by Bing Crosby and the Rhythm Boys. In fact, the full title of the LP is Bing Crosby and the Rhythm Boys – A Recently Discovered 1930 Radio Broadcast.
To fill-out the album, songs from “some of the most respected personalities in show business from the thirties” were used. One of those was Jimmy Stewart’s Day After Day, recorded with the Princeton Triangle Club Dance Orchestra.
If you somehow have missed hearing the song up until now, or just want to listen again, here it is.
