Hip-hop artists Ces Cru feature a song entitled Jimmy Stewart on their 2014 album, Codename: Ego Stripper.
Ces Cru is the duo of Donnie “Godemis” King and Mike “Ubiquitous” Viglione. Their album did well on the Billboard charts, reaching #40 on the Billboard 200 and #4 on both the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and Independent Albums charts.
Jimmy Stewart was also issued as a music video and download single.
Stewart’s name appears nowhere in the lyrics. The words “It’s a Wonderful Life” are used in the lyrics and this might be what prompted the title.
