The soundtrack was originally issued in the UK as it was in the U.S., as a 10-inch album (Brunswick LA 8647). Many UK issues look similar to their U.S. counterparts, but some are quite different.
The album was later reissued on the Ace of Hearts label (AH 12).
In 1985, the album was reissued once again, this time on the MCA label (MCL 1665).
The soundtrack is also currently available on this CD.
Two separate EP’s, Part 1 and Part 2, were also issued in the UK.
Part 1 and Part 2 were issued with both round and triangular inserts.
Finally, released in 1954, the music on this 10-inch album was played by the Glenn Miller Orchestra. It is music which was used in the film’s soundtrack, but not the studio orchestra. A photo of Stewart was included on the cover.
