Jimmy was one of fourteen persons on the special 16-inch transcription disc issued by the American Red Cross (F-21390X).
Most of the other names on the label will be familiar to you, but a few probably will not. E. Roland Harriman was the chairman of the American Red Cross, Arthur Connell was the National Commander of the American Legion, Wayne Richards was the National Commander of The Veterans of Foreign Wars, Henry J. Mahady was the National Commander of the AMVETS and Howard Watts was a past Commander of the Disabled American Veterans.
Mr. Stewart’s spot was approximately 50-seconds in length.
