Dear Brigitte, a 1965 film, starred Jimmy Stewart, Fabian, Glynis Johns, Cindy Carol and Bill Mumy. Brigitte Bardot makes a cameo appearance in the film. There was no soundtrack album issued, nor were there any recordings of songs from the soundtrack released at that time.
Finally, in 2012, the soundtrack songs were released on a CD, along with the soundtrack of another Stewart film, Mr. Hobbs Takes a Vacation. The CD was issued on the Kritzerland label (KR 2022-8) and limited to 1000 copies.
